As a certified Real Estate CE instructor, Heather excels in development, residential, new construction, commercial transactions, and seller financing. With over 10,000 deals managed, she ensures a smooth process for clients. A true Utahn, she enjoys outdoor adventures, Jeep rock crawling, baseball, and caring for her horses and dogs with her four boys.

Stephenie brings six years of experience as a title and escrow officer, with a strong background as an accountant and five years as an accounting controller in the title industry. Known for her dedication to service, she excels in resolving complex deals and conducting underwriting audits. Stephenie also offers mobile closings and flexible after-hours appointments, all while being a passionate dog lover.
