Stephenie brings six years of experience as a title and escrow officer, with a strong background as an accountant and five years as an accounting controller in the title industry. Known for her dedication to service, she excels in resolving complex deals and conducting underwriting audits. Stephenie also offers mobile closings and flexible after-hours appointments, all while being a passionate dog lover.

Heather brings over 30 years of experience in real estate, with 25 in Title & Escrow. A former mayor of Eagle Mountain, she oversaw city planning and development. As a certified Real Estate CE instructor, Heather excels in development, residential, new construction, commercial transactions, and seller financing. With over 10,000 deals managed, she ensures a smooth process for clients. A true Utahn, she enjoys outdoor adventures, Jeep rock crawling, baseball, and caring for her horses and dogs with her four boys.

I’m originally from Mexico City and I speak Spanish. I graduated from BYU, Provo. I have been fortunate to acquire a diverse background in the loan and real estate industry. I started by assisting a hard money lender and found my passion in escrow. Helping clients achieve there real estate goals is extremely gratifying to me. I stick with my clients as long as it takes and my mission is to have a positive impact. In my spare time I love spending time with my husband and kids.

Britney brings over 20 years of experience as an escrow officer with a strong reputation for being loyal, honest, and hard-working. She takes pride in building lasting client relationships and ensuring that all parties involved in a transaction feel informed, supported and confident from start to finish. Clear communication and attention to detail are at the heart of everything she does with helping each closing move smoothly all the way to the closing table.  Outside of work she enjoys watching and reading anything related to criminology and spending time with her three favorite girls- her niece Pyper and cats Olivia Benson and Elle Woods.

Jill Nichols began her career in the title and escrow industry 15 years ago as an assistant at a successful title company. Jill went on to earn her escrow license in 2015. Since then, she has built a strong reputation for her dedication, professionalism, and heartfelt commitment to her clients. Jill’s greatest passion lies in fostering trusting relationships with real estate professionals and lenders, ensuring seamless and successful transactions. Her warm, upbeat personality and genuine enthusiasm bring energy to the closing table, providing comfort and encouragement to homebuyers and sellers during what can often be a stressful time. Known for going above and beyond, Jill truly loves what she does and has proudly made a name for herself as a trusted and respected escrow professional.

Marcia is an escrow officer with six years of experience. With a background in banking and a detail-oriented approach, she works to ensure smooth and efficient transactions and provides well-rounded support to her clients. She prides herself on providing clear communication in a seamless escrow experience, helping all parties involved navigate the process with confidence. Marcia is a lifelong Summit County resident and loves the outdoors. You can catch her on a hike in the Uintas, listening to musicals, or tending to her many houseplants.

Rebecca has an extensive background in the real estate industry, beginning as a lobbyist for commercial real estate developers, then a successful sales agent and relocation specialist, and now as an experienced escrow officer. Rebecca has also spent several years as a choral director and music educator. Serving clients is her passion. She ensures that every transaction is meticulously processed and that clients have a positive experience. Rebecca maintains a flexible schedule and is available to travel to closings. When not serving her clients, Rebecca enjoys composing choral arrangements, cooking, or walking her beloved Goldendoodles.
